Cable thief wraps prize on body and goes for walk
Police in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province, recently detained a man suspected of stealing a 400-meter electric wire from a residential community.
The accused, surnamed Liu, was caught while he was walking down a street with the electric wire wrapped around his body, the police said, adding he was "walking strangely".
