Beijing is at the top of China's most-comfortable city list, but Hangzhou, the Zhejiang provincial capital, is close at second place, while Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province, has come in third, according to a Horizon Research Consultancy Group survey, whose results were released on Tuesday.
