Capital's 'green court?is giving law bite

Polluters and others who break green laws in Yanqing county will be held accountable in Beijing's first environmental protection court.

The new court will be established in northwest Beijing's Yanqing county in mid October and will be the first within the capital's judicial system.

It will hear cases related specifically to Yanqing county.
