Migrant workers' kids can call free
Stay-at-home children have the opportunity to speak to their migrant worker parents by telephone free of charge in the future. The initiative called Rainbow Project, launched on Sept 25, is aimed at helping children in rural areas to communicate with their parents who are working in cities. The project also encourages children in cities to send postcards to their countryside peers. The Rainbow Project is available in cities including Shanghai and Chengdu, according to Sohu.com.
