Duck breeders can't duck the law after blackmail
Three duck keepers in Gao'an, Jiangxi province, were detained for blackmail recently.
A man surnamed Chen picked up some ducklings that had roamed into the factory where he worked. He kept them in his house for a month before three duck keepers from a nearby village came and asked him to pay for the ducks he "stole".
