Electrified fence catches wrong target - a human
Two men in Xinyu, Jiangxi province, were detained after the electric fence they set up around their land killed a villager.
In order to keep away boars, the two, Lin and Yuan, set up an electric fence around their farmland and electrified it on Sept 16.
