Giggs rules out Wales job

Ryan Giggs ended speculation he might become the next Wales manager on Thursday by insisting he intends to concentrate solely on his career as a footballer with Manchester United.

The Welsh winger did not rule out the possibility of one day taking charge of the national side but said now was not the time.

Giggs's name has been in the frame since John Toshack quit as Wales boss at the start of this month.
