Low-carbon industrial park

Zhongguancun, the Chinese version of Silicon Valley, is looking to transform itself into a low carbon industrial park.

Liao Guohua, the deputy director said in a seminar on Tuesday that it's a must for the park to develop in a sustainable and environmental-friendly way, when the whole country is moving forward to cut back on its greenhouse gas emission.
