Toyota sales surge 27%
Toyota's joint venture with FAW Group reported wholesale sales of 238,000 units in the first six months of 2010, up 44 percent over the same period last year.
Dealer sales figure totaled about 210,000 cars, the partnership said last week as it launched an upgraded but lower-priced Corolla EX.
