Volunteers get help
More than 2 million volunteers in Shanghai are helping visitors enjoy the Expo 2010 Shanghai, but there are many people working in the background helping these volunteers provide quality service. At dawn, these workers distribute maps and brochures to volunteers' stations; At noon, they deliver cold beverages to help volunteers fight against the heat, while at midnight, after volunteers have gone home, they prepare things for the next day. These behind-the-scenes workers also deserve applause and compliments, said Expo organizers.
