Potential buyers still wait-and-see
None of the 4,788 apartments that obtained sales licenses in June has been sold, Beijing Daily quoted official statistics as saying.
The property agency Centaline said due to a wait-and-see attitude from buyers, many property developers were also waiting before launching sales, so only 11 properties received sales licenses in June.
