China wants killers punished

China has demanded the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) to "severely punish" its border guards who shot dead three Chinese nationals and wounded another last week, Chinese authorities said on Thursday. After an initial investigation, DPRK officials expressed deep sorrow to the Chinese victims of the "accident" to the victim's families and the injured. The DPRK promised that while the investigation is still underway, efforts will be made to severely punish those who are responsible, and to prevent the reoccurrence of similar incidents.
