CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico - Pointing their rifles, Mexican security forces chased away United States authorities investigating the shooting of a 15-year-old Mexican boy by a US Border Patrol agent on the banks of the Rio Grande, the FBI and witnesses said late on Wednesday.
