Sinopec sets up fuel oil unit
China Petroleum & Chemical Corp (Sinopec), Asia's biggest oil refiner, has formed a unit to buy and sell fuel oil, the company said in its online newsletter on Monday.
The unit will trade fuel oil produced by China Petroleum's own refineries, manage and plan inventories and storage facilities, and oversee trade in the domestic and international markets, the company said.
