Family, NGO bicker over missing boy

By Li Jiabao | China Daily | Updated: 2010-06-07 08:00

The family of a 5-year-old boy and representatives of an organization devoted to helping the children of inmates are disputing who is at fault for the boy's disappearance.

The boy, He Liu, who was reported missing in late April, was found Saturday afternoon. The police said he was in good health.

Liu was sent to Sun Village, a nongovernmental organization in Beijing's Shunyi district, after his caretaker and aunt, Tang Migu, was arrested for stealing a skirt from a market on April 16.
