CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia - Socialite and vintner Patricia Kluge says she no longer needs her inscribed Picasso platter, centuries-old Qing Dynasty clock, 19th-century Grecian harp and nearly all the other treasures in her English-style country mansion.
