Plaintiff regrets wrist-slashing

A man who used a surgical knife to slash his waist during a trial in Haidian court was involved in a 5-million-yuan engineering dispute, Haidian court said Thursday.
Hao Huaiyun, 56, from Sichuan, is a labor contractor in a Beijing company.
Despite the drama, he was stitched up at Haidian Hospital and is said to be much better now.
