Housing benefits best perk at work

Corporate housing benefits are the most popular type of benefit among employees in Beijing, according to a survey released on Tuesday.

A total of 685 Beijing employees took park in the survey and 76.3 percent of them said housing benefits were their favorite sweetener.

The survey was conducted by the Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resource Service Co Ltd (FESCO) and 82 percent of respondents were from foreign companies.
