City expedites property ownership

People in Beijing can finish their house registration process and receive property ownership certificates within one day starting June 1, the Beijing municipal commission of housing and urban-rural development said Tuesday.

A total of 18 registration services are offered in the first batch, for such transactions as buying or selling commodity houses, inheriting houses and bestowing property between husbands and wives.
