Smoking restrictions
Dining sites in the Expo Garden are prohibited from providing cigarette lighters to smokers. Warning letters will be sent to restaurants reported to have given lighters to diners.
A survey by organizers shows that more than 50 percent of respondents saw others smoke in non-smoking areas.
