Clear the air talks to smooth exports

Six departments ranging from customs to foreign reserves held a face-to-face meeting with local SME representatives on Thursday in Beijing to clear up misunderstandings over exporting policies and resolve problems in exporting procedures and practice.

Yuan Xiaolu, a director with Beijing's Commerce Committee, said this is the first time the government had held a face-to-face workshop with governmental officials and representatives from small and medium-sized enterprises.
