German man in court over collision
A 72-year-old German whose vehicle hit a car has been charged in Changping district court for violating traffic rules and injuring two men in the car.
The court said on Monday that the German was trying to turn from a slow lane when he hit the car coming in another direction in the fast lane on Aug 6 last year.
