VW's Lavida compact passes 260,000 benchmark
Sino-German car joint venture Shanghai Volkswagen Automobile Co Ltd said sales of its Lavida compact sedan surpassed 260,000 units by the end of April following the model's official launch in June 2008.
The strong performance will further strengthen the Lavida's leadership in China's compact car segment.
