Dancing queen in Liaoning Ballet

Brigida Perera Neves, has lived and worked in many countries, an impressive achievement for a girl still in her early twenties.

She arrived in London from Portugal at the age of 16 to train at the city's Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, and then pirouetted across half the world to China.

One day, a small notice inviting dancers to audition for a ballet company in Suzhou, in Jiangsu province caught her eye. She decided to come to the city.
