Netherlands Expo Special: Powered by innovation

The World Expo 2010 in Shanghai is an international exhibition that provides an exquisite and compact way to get to know other countries. This year a total of 192 countries and 50 international organizations will participate, and it's expected that the event will draw some 70 million visitors.

With the theme 'Better City, Better Life' the World Expo organization challenged participants to come up with ideas for livable cities in the 21st century. As a strongly urbanized and densely populated country, the Netherlands has a lot to offer in this area and takes the opportunity to show this to the world and China.
