Fashion mavens catch a few rays at Beijing's hot shopping center
Summer is here - it's time to get your legs out after a long winter and a brief spring. METRO reporters Lu Chang and Wang Jing spent a day at Solana, a lifestyle shopping center and the Village at Sanlitun, both in Chaoyang district, to discover the dresscode for the hot days.
17-year-old Amelie Kahn-Ackermann, a student at the German Embassy School of Beijing, said her style is a random mixture. She enjoys wearing two different colors of clothing for a stark visual contrast.
