Rooney gets awards hat-trick

England and Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has completed a hat-trick of awards after being named the Premier League's player of the year by sponsors Barclays.

The 24-year-old had already collected the Professional Footballers' Association and Football Writers' awards for this season.
