Four accused over cancer scam
A man surnamed Chen and three accomplices were charged with passing vitamin capsules off as anti-cancer drugs, officials with the Mentougou Procuratorate told Beijing Times on Sunday.
The four allegedly talked an elderly woman into purchasing what were purported to be anti-cancer drugs last year.
