Ivanovic puts resurrection down to improved serve

ROME - Former world No 1 Ana Ivanovic continued on the comeback trail as she ousted 14th seed Nadia Petrova 6-2, 7-5 to reach the WTA Rome Open semifinals.

The Serbian has had a difficult couple of years since winning the French Open in 2008 and reaching the top of the rankings.

She has now fallen to 58 in the world but this week has seen her rediscover some of her old form.
