CNOOC offers offshore blocks
China National Offshore Oil Corp is offering foreign companies the opportunity to jointly explore 13 blocks off the Chinese coast, according to a statement on its website.
The blocks on offer are all in the South China Sea and comprise a total area of 41,713 square kilometers.
