PetroChina to boost capacity
PetroChina Co started construction to more than triple the capacity of its Ningxia refinery at a cost of 7.4 billion yuan ($1.1 billion) as fuel demand in northwestern China rises.
The plant's capacity will be increased to 5 million metric tons per year, or 100,000 barrels per day, parent China National Petroleum Corp said on Wednesday.
