Blackmailer and cheat gets 11 years

A man who blackmailed his married lover with nude photos, and was found after he was arrested to have cheated others, was sentenced to 11 years in prison, Mentougou district court said on Wednesday.

In September 2007, Wang Ping started teaching the woman how to drive and they soon started an affair. They broke off the following February. In November last year, he blackmailed the woman with photos of her in the nude, asking 15,000 yuan. Several days after receiving the money, he demanded 60,000 yuan more via text messages. The woman then called the police.
