Emissions reduction
A Voluntary Emission Reduction (VER) action was launched on Tuesday at the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange to offset carbon emissions for Expo 2010 Shanghai. Individuals and enterprises can purchase and donate VER products for any Expo pavilion to help offset emissions and hopefully reach the target of a carbon-neutral Expo.
