Divorce bid is rejected by court
A man who had an affair and then tried to file a lawsuit to divorce his wife, who has breast cancer, was rejected by the Miyun county court, the court said on Monday.
The man, surnamed Wu, married his wife, surnamed Liu, in 1990. Liu was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 and Wu began to date another woman a year later.
