Residents to make decisions before moving in

Shijing Jiayuan economical housing community has been selected as a pilot project to study the feasibility of establishing owners' committees before communities are built.

Completion of the Shijing Jiayuan community is slated for next June but work on establishing a pre-owners' committee has already begun and the organization is expected to be in place in June.

The early establishment of an owners' committee is expected to make it possible for future owners to step into estate management in advance.
