Medical payback at community clinics to be increased

Employees who choose to use community clinics from May 1 will receive 90 percent of their medical expenses paid back, instead of the 70 per cent now.
The move is part of an overhaul of the medical insurance system, which will cost the government an extra 1 billion yuan a year.
Last year, the medical insurance payout cost 20.7 billion yuan.
