Stylist to the stars proud of his professional skills

When 14-year-old Yang Ji cut his hair clumsily at home 18 years ago, he would never have imagined working for French actress Sophie Marceau one day.

But that was the reality last month, during her visit to Beijing, when hairstylist Yang took charge of her look.

Standing a little chubby with a tiny pigtail, Yang, now 32, owns a style studio at Pingod community where celebrities such as actress Vivian Hsu, as well as singers Mao Amin and Na Ying, regularly visit.
