Oil deal with Venezuela inked

China and Venezuela signed oil block development and long-term financing deals on Saturday and will form a joint venture to develop heavy oil in the South American country. The joint venture will develop oil in a 325-sq km-oil block, which has 8.7 billion barrels of crude reserve, China National Petroleum Corp said.
