China Daily | Updated: 2010-04-14 08:22

LONDON - The tea that has fired up British troops for battle since 1921 went on general sale to civilians for the first time on Monday.

NAAFI, the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes, launched NAAFI Break tea in 80 supermarkets in tea-mad Britain.

Fifty pence from the sale of every box goes to the Help for Heroes charity, which assists wounded service personnel returning from Afghanistan.
