Lawyer leads citizens to claim their rights in court

Hao Jinsong loves pursuing lawsuits against publicly owned organizations.

Thirty-eight-year-old Hao, dubbed the "litigation rogue", likes to challenge any system he deems unfair in the name of "public interest litigation."

He first came to fame in 2004 when he sued the Beijing Subway for not providing a legally required receipt after he paid to use a toilet.
