BONN, Germany - Climate change negotiators from across the globe ended a three-day session of yet another round of talks Monday morning agreeing to hold further discussions on a binding legal agreement on greenhouse gas reduction, although the road ahead seems bumpy at best.
Top negotiators agreed to hold additional negotiations in the second half of this year between the two previously scheduled meetings in Bonn (in June) and in Cancun (Mexico), at the end of the year.
The negotiators decided that the meetings would last at least one week each in a bid to reach an agreement on how to fight climate change. But the venues of the meetings were left undetermined.
