'Next generation' of multicultural managers

With the closing ceremony of the fourth of the EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Program (METP), the initiative is now seeking its fifth intake of candidates.

Begun in July 2006, the METP is an international program for the next generation of management staff that aims to build greater understanding between China and the West.

The program's goal is to train 450 managers - 250 from China and 200 from Europe - in five groups over the five years of the program's planned lifespan.
