Sino-European manager exchange gives grounding in languages, business approach

Time flies. The EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Program (METP) is already in its fourth year. As project director, I have experienced a wonderful METP journey together with all the participants.

METP is the first inter-governmental cooperation project that I have been in charge of. Different from my daily work, which directly serves Chinese and European enterprises, METP is focused on enhancing business expertise by developing European and Chinese human resources. The METP has opened a challenging new field for me.
