TCM slows progress of brain tumor

The China Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Technology Development and Promotion Center recently held a meeting to launch a comprehensive treatment method for brain tumors. Named "Jiaotai" therapy, the project is the result of Professor Hu Chun's 40 years of experience in this field. Dr Hu is with the tumor department of Beijing Gulou TCM Hospital.

Jiaotai refers to a healthy balance of yin and yang. The method combines herbal soups, the application of medicines on acupuncture points, moxibustion, qigong, and medicinal foods.
