Al-Qaida foiled but not beaten, experts warn

RIYADH - Saudi Arabia said on Wednesday it had arrested 113 Al-Qaida militants including suicide bombers who had been planning attacks on energy facilities in the world's top oil exporter.

But analysts are warning the kingdom not to celebrate too soon, insisting that the terrorist group will not be easily defeated.
