Nia course

Part yoga, part dance, part tai chi, part warrior and communal dance, Nia is not easily categorized. Nia works with energy, movement variety, breath and music to take the student "on a journey to discover the body's way" of authentically moving. Nia is adaptable for any fitness level or age group and no experience is necessary. Try it with white belt NIA instructor Debbie van Ginkel at the Seasons Park clubhouse.
