Bullets no blessing for plane passenger

A woman was intercepted at Beijing Capital International Airport on March 6 after she tried to board an aircraft while carrying two bullets. The woman had hoped to fly to Sanya when security personnel stopped her, Beijing Youth Daily reported on Wednesday.

The woman, surnamed Wang, said her family runs a shooting range and she told officers her mother put the bullets into a piece of red cloth, believing they would bless her daughter.
