American acoustic guitarist Billy McLaughlin will give a solo concert on the Beida campus. McLaughlin's performance combines the volume of the piano with the melody of the violin. McLaughlin is a five-time Minnesota Music Award winner, and his albums include The Archery of Guitar, Wintersongs and Traditionals and Into the Light.
