Heilongjiang province in northeast of China has set a range of targets to benefit residents this year:
To help alleviate poverty and unemployment, 600,000 new jobs are expected to be created and 500,000 laid-off workers reemployed in the province.
Some 85 percent of new college graduates will find jobs, according to the provincial blueprint, while 200,000 farmers will be helped to rise out of poverty.
