Chatterji to quit Woodside

Woodside Petroleum Ltd Chief Financial Officer Mark Chatterji will leave Australia's second-largest oil and gas producer at the end of 2010 to return to the United States for family reasons.

Chatterji, 40, will depart after his contract expires on Dec 31, Perth-based Woodside said in its annual report yesterday. A replacement will be sought within the company and named "later on", Chief Financial Officer Don Voelte said on a conference call as the company reported full-year earnings.
